Health & Safety at NotMilk

 

At NotMilk, food freshness and safety are always our priority but in the wake of COVID19 we understand the heightened concern around food operations. We are committed to doing everything we can to protect our customers and employees while remaining sensible, smart and empathetic to all of our fellow human beings as we navigate these unprecedented times together. 

Here are the immediate changes we’ve made at NotMilk:

  • We are giving our team members facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple steps to keep them safe, such as frequent handwashing.

  • We have doubled down in our routine cycles of disinfecting our facilities and equipment and as always, we are encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.

  • We have educated our team about relevant terms and practices like social distancing, flattening the curve, and discussed the social responsibility to our community we have as individuals and as a company. 

  • Contactless Delivery - Our delivery guys are taking extra precautions for their safety and yours! We will now ring your bell or send a text and leave the milk at your door instead of waiting to hand it to you.

  • Suspended Bottle Return and Cooler Bag program - we are suspending our bottle returns and cooler bag program temporarily to reduce the risk to our employees. 

Many people have questions about the safety of delivery services and packages during a pandemic and we assure you that you can safely continue to receive NotMilk delivered to your door. We have adopted the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for food handling and management and deliveries.
